Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Mensah who tied the knot last month
Lovely to photograph the newly married Mr and Mrs Mensah again. It’s been 18 months since I last took photos of the two of them with their little 6 month old son. So being part of their day was really special for me. The day was beautiful and on top of it the sun made an appearance right on time. Very lucky, since it had been cold, wet and windy all morning. As a result the pictures look like they were taken on a totally different day!
The wedding ceremony took place in St Peters Church Woolton. After which the party moved into town to the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral for the wedding breakfast. What an absolutely stunning venue! Decorated spectacularly I might add. So very visually appealing. The reception featured the guests walking down the long candle-lit aisle of the Cathedral at sunset, to sit at sequenced tables bathed in rainbow light and more candles, with a gospel choir singing sweetly. Just beautiful.
